New York’s (Outer Borough) Stories

The Urban Art Program collaborated with United Photo Industries to curate the outdoor exhibition, “New York (Outer Borough) Stories,” a series of images captured by New York City-based artists residing in the four “outer” boroughs- the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.  The exhibition aims to provide the visitor a rare window into the soul of New York and to celebrate what makes it tick. The installation is part of the City’s efforts to revitalize and activate Water Street in response to the devastating impact of Hurricane Sandy on Lower Manhattan, and will be on display for the next few months.
